Does not recognise number

Trying to see what upgrades are available and cut and paste serial number from programme but will not recognise number.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro you want to upgrade? 

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Hello @ted corrigan,

Thanks for providing your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

I believe you are receiving that error message because you visited our Upgrade Portal and entered your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

Kindly note to get the latest build for the same version, you can just visit this page https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
