Error 23 on activation

Hello,

I receive a message "Error 23 - License number already used" when I enter my license number in the activation form.

The activation portal on the website tells me :

Status: active

- Number of Activations: 0

- Number of Activations Allowed: 2

Could you help me ?

Feels like there is a systemic issue with the licence activation system?  I'm having the same problem - 0 active, 2 activations allowed, error 23 when attempting to activate.

I have made some changes on my end for you to be able to successfully activate. Please try to activate again using the same Nitro Pro 12 serial number and let me know how it works for you.

Thanks @Kelvin V. but am trying to activate my version 12 and I tried again this morning and still with the same problem.

I still have not received any update on this matter and wondering if you can please escalate this for me. My software has completely stopped working now and I urgently need to get this working.

Hi Kevin,

I complain on the 24th of June, my activation code was "reset" on the 25th I logged in, 2 weeks later error 23 again.

The activation portal on the website tells me :

Status: active

- Number of Activations: 0

- Number of Activations Allowed: 2

Please can you help with a permanent solution?
