Despite the fact that you deactivation portal recognizes my Nitro 11 serial number, when I visit the upgrade page and enter the same serial I get the message: ""We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." I believe I am eligible for a paid upgrade. However, apparently only certain portions of your site believe that my serial number is real. What is the solution to this problem?
