Max number of license used

Hello, Nitro Community I was wondering if there was a way to cancel all activations and start fresh as I am IT help desk provider. All of the activations have been used but my predecessor did not take down who has what on what computer as I have replaced a few a computer due to HDD failure it seems some had an active copy on them. As I am not able to manually do this due to the computer not booting up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
