Older Version of Nitro Pro

Hi,

I have an older version of Nitro Pro that I've been using for sometime.  Recently purchased a laptop with Windows 10.  The version of Nitro Pro that I have will not run on this laptop.  I've entered the product key/serial number into the upgrade portal and receive the message that the number can not be verified.  How do I receive an upgraded version of Nitro Pro?

I am have had to upgrade my computer and reinstall Nitro Pro 11 on it.  I have deactivated the license as required, but when activating it on the new computer I get a -23: Error - License number already used.  Any idea how to overcome this?

I understand that you are getting -23 error message when activating a Nitro Pro 11 software. 

Could you please send me your Nitro Pro 11 serial number through private message?
I need to look at its activation records to identify the cause of activation failure.
