The version of Nitro Pro that I have will not run on this laptop. I've entered the product key/serial number into the upgrade portal and receive the message that the number can not be verified. MikeyD 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2019 I am have had to upgrade my computer and reinstall Nitro Pro 11 on it. I have deactivated the license as required, but when activating it on the new computer I get a -23: Error - License number already used. Any idea how to overcome this?
