Error Code 0x400D00DF

I have a user that has windows 10 64 bit and Nitro Pro version 10. When the user tries opening pdf's that around the 50,000kb they receive an saying the document cannot be opened. Error code : 0x400D00DF. Once you click ok on the error message the document then opens. I have reinstalled nitro pro 10 and this didn't resolve. Please help

Any Solution to this?  I am having a Windows 10 Nitro Pro Version 12 user with the same problem.

The error message you provided is actually a Windows error, that has been passed through to Nitro.
I have translated the code for you:

ERROR_FILE_TOO_LARGE
223 (0xDF)
The file size exceeds the limit allowed and cannot be saved.
----------------

If possible, I recommend trying to copy the file from where it is saved to your desktop.
After that, open it again with Nitro.

I did try to copy it local and then open it with Nitro.  No luck same error.
