Activation issues

I'm trying to install Nitro Pro 11 on my second computer as I have 2 activation options, but there is something on my computer that is preventing the install...can anyone help?

Bulldog PI

My computer harddrive crashed.  I can't find anything in reference to my nitro licenses key.  Do you guys keep this and I can have emailed??  Don't know what to do

After upgrading to Nitro Pro 12 and going though the activation process I am still seemingly stuck in the "Trial Mode" without the full full complement of commands and tools which customarily appearr in the too bar.

I get an error message that my serial number is not valid even though it is copied from my purchase confirmation and pasted in.
