Nitro Pro 9 download file required

My Nitro Pro 9 printer stopped working after being prompted to upgrade my Nitro Pro version by Avast. I'd like to reinstall the software and get everything working again. Can you provide me with a link to the Nitro Pro 9 download file?

Thanks Leslie, I was able to reinstall, but I'm back with the same issue of not being able to print to PDF using Nitro Pro as my printer. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello MagicVA,

Microsoft has changed the way the 'Print Spooler' works in Windows.
Because of this Nitro Pro 9 cannot be supported on Windows.

The PDF Creator built into Nitro Pro 9 will not work properly.
Though other functions should remain usable.

You have three options from here:

1. You could upgrade to Nitro Pro 12: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

2. You could install Nitro Pro 12 as a trial (alongside your current installation), just to use the PDF creator.
The Creator will remain after the trial has finished.

3. You could install our alternative PDF creator, PrimoPDF: http://www.primopdf.com/
