i2fat Posted June 12, 2019 Report Share Posted June 12, 2019 Hi Nitro Team, We have a quite a few Nitro 9, 10, 11, and 12 licenses that have been activated over the years. We didn't get a chance to deactivate the licenses when we decommissioned the computers, so I wanted to reach out and see if you would be able to deactivate licenses on your end that haven't checked in for awhile. I've tried to reach out to your sales team and technical support, but haven't heard back for a week. Any help on this would be appreciated.
