Marcin 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2019 Hi, I have a user who had to create a nitro cloud account already twice (on the same email address), and every time it disappear after few days. User tried "forgot password" option, but unfortunately there was no mail from you. Checked on my own email which is in the same domain, and I get "Password change request" after few seconds, so it does not look like anything on our side.
