I have a teammate who I deactivated her license and uninstalled the 12.0.0.112 version and installed the newest which is 12.14.0.558. It at first accepted her license and then when it came to re-opening Nitro after a reboot, it had her in trial mode and when entering the license again, we got the error stating that license number is already in use.
