LouL 0 Report post Posted June 13, 2019 I currently have version 12.4.0.259. I understand that there is a newer version 12.14.0.558 and that to get it, I have to download from your website. I am able to download nitro.pro12.exe with no problem.However, I am unable to run the program. It shows that it has downloaded about 98 percent, but it then abruptly stops and gives message: "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed."
