Need to reset all activations for a Nitro v10 Business License

Hello, I have a Nitro Pro 10 business license, good for 13 installations, that was purchased a few years ago (before I was hired by my company).  There are no activations left on the license, but most of the devices have either been retired or re-imaged after the user left the company.  I'd like to do a reset on the license and clear all cached activations.  Unfortunately, the activation tool on Nitro's site (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) will not allow this.  Is there anyone who can assist with this?  Thanks!
