Unable to activate NitroPro 11 after changing my computer

I have deactivated my licence on-line and downloaded the Nitro Pro 11 to my new computer. But when I tried to activate my licence by clicking the 'Activate' button, nothing happens. Please help

You can try repairing or reinstalling first.

If that does not work, please let us know. Kindly include your exact step by step process and some screenshots of what you are seeing.
