Every PDF converted to Word yields error 'there is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font'

Windows 10 Pro 1903, Word 2019 with all updates completed, Nitro Pro 12.0.0.112

Convert a PDF to Word document and upon opening the Word Doc, I get the error "There is insufficient memory or disk space.  Word cannot display the requested font".  Plenty of RAM and disk space.  Only happens on documents converted by Nitro Pro.   Word document seems functional other than the error, but my customer can't handle closing the error every time.

Any sage advice?

-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. 
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Please send us a sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end. To send me the sample file, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
