Cannot scan more than 1 page

Recommended Posts

I can only scan 1 page of a document.  Whatever is the last page I scan is the one and only to show up on the screen.  I have run 'repair' but still the same thing happens.  I have a large document to scan and have no desire to scan one page at a time and then Combine. How do I solve this?  Will I have to delete the programme and reinstall?  Thanks.

Hello @Ann Stubbings,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with?

You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

-Is your scanner physically connected to your machine or it is a network/shared scanner/printer? Does it have the latest software / driver installed? What is the make / model of your scanner/printer?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
