CANNOT PRINT 1ST PAGE OF DOCUMENT

NITRO PRO VERSION: 11.0.3.134

Cannot seem to print any VIEWED PAGE or first page doesn't print when request PRINT ALL PAGES.

Tried restarting windows 10 and all, but to no avail, it seems to send the information once you click, but no printing occurs.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the following?:
-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened?
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
-Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) so I can replicate it on my end. To send me the sample file, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
-Does your Brother MFC-7340 printer uses the latest drivers / software?
