Cannot Activate Licenses

Hello, 

Our IT guy for our office bought 3 licenses for us to use. I cannot get them to activate (says already activated). I would post them here but it's a public forum. Please give me a call 94953xxxxx.

The company is Affinity24

Please help; need to be able to use Nitro.
