unable to download version 12 to update my older version 12

see the error message I get when I try to download the most current version 12.

The download was blocked due to the discovery of the Trojan virus in download. Also, your site is not secure.

i also tried to upload a file using insert other media and it did not work. 

I am also VERY disappointed that my customer support call in number is no longer valid and it appears you do not wish to communicate on the phone anymore!!!

ok, thank you for this info. But my Anti-virus scanner said file would not download as it was identified as Trojan virus. as I've already provided info. Also the website is not https: only http: and not secure.

Also, what is the discount code to renew my licence and VIP for another year? I have an early version of v:12 loaded and just found out that I need to renew for another year to be able to download the latest v:12 software. My last reference #: 1147xxxxx and the Invoice #: AKD-73656xxxxxx

Since I am a user, don't I get a renewal discount code?
