If I try to install PDF creator from the tools also gives me error, it only happens to me on a laptop, I have reinstalled it a few times and it always gives me error. You can find this by going to Help in Nitro > About Nitro Pro > Note down the number at the top of the screen which looks something like this "Nitro Pro 10.5.9.9" If it is anything other than 10.5.9.9, please update and download the latest build of Nitro Pro 10, please go to: http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/retail/nitro_pro10.exe If that doesn't work, Let's run a repair on your Nitro Pro 10 installation. The instructions can be found here. If that still doesn't work, please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system. http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 10 using the link I have provided above. If the issue still persists, please open a support ticket here. Kindly include the file you are working with so we can test it on our end. I hope this helps!
