Marcin Posted June 19, 2019 Report Share Posted June 19, 2019 (edited) Hello, We have a user who stated that after updating Nitro from 11.0.0.64 to 11.0.8.470 he isn't able to work as he used to. Here's what the user said: "I need to down the version I had installed, since I need constantly make changes to fields of signatures (placing or removing fields signatures) or placing stamps on documents digitally signed. At documents digital signed the version I have not let me do that. So I need to download it to the requested version 11.0.0.64". Is it possible to achieve what user wants using the newer version by changing some settings? Maybe it's just a technical issue from our side? We are not really able to provide the user with the old version as the license has already expired. Thank you in Advance.
