Hanisah 0 Report post Posted June 21, 2019 Hi, Im wondering why I can't change my email address?. 2 months ago I did create new account using the new email address, after I knew the old email address can be changed to new one. I deleted my new account and try to change my old email address to new by using my old account. Unfortunately, I cannot change the email address. Kindly advise on how to proceed.
