-23 Error: Computer ID '00000000000000000000'

Hello,

I have a serial number for 17 activations that are being distributed to a couple of users. While going through them, I've noticed a couple of them refused to license, giving me the -23 error. From what ProSupport has told me, the computers has a computer ID of 00000000000000000000 and they need to reactivate the license for it to work on those computer. The only problem with the solution is that the reactivation seems to only work for one installation at a time, and I have 7 users who are getting this issue and need NitroPro access as soon as possible. Is there another means of getting my license to reactivate for the rest of the users, without having to go back and forth on single installations?

Hi Allain,

Thank you for your reply.

Is it possible for another representative to assist me? While I appreciate their assistance, the email correspondence with the technician helping me has been slow (one email a day), and as I've said above, the users are still waiting for help with their installs.

Hello Allain,

Thank you for the quick reply! I've reactivated the license on one of the computers, please reactivate this once again for another user I'm reaching out to.
