Nitro 12 Creates Files of Impossible Size

I have a designer here at the office that has issues when saving PDFs in Nitro Pro 12. The issue seems to happen when saving PDFs that include fillable forms, not sure if that is the only case or not. The files that are saved become inexplicably large. Somehow just by adding text to form fields the PDF goes from 1.9 MB to several GB seemingly at random. I've linked a paste below showing the support tools report from this Nitro 12 installation. Not sure where to look for crash logs or anything else to give you.
