Activation issue.

Two days ago Microsoft upgrade windows 10 and ever since my Nitro pro is in Trial mode. I deactivated, enter my serial number and nothing better. For two hours I try to found solution and or get help from Nitro and it look like when you need to pay for product they are right there. When you need help, they are no where to be found. It look like terrorist organization. I deactivate on two computers, but unable to reactivate. Also when I was going thru all that info, it say that my computer was windows 8 and I never have windows 8 computer. Running out of patience. 

Is there anyone to help

Hello,

I got a new version og Windows 10, Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version 1903.

After this Nitro Pro 12 is in the Test- mode.

I deactivate it and tried again, to enter the serialnumber, but it failed.

Can you help me?

Funny, I attempt number time to activate and message show that numbers I use to activate are already in use. It show Expired trial. This morning I try to reactivate and it works. I hate technology, but must it used
