kristahizme@gmail.com Posted June 23, 2019 Report Share Posted June 23, 2019 I have Nitro 10 and they (Nitro) sent me the link to install version 10 again on my new laptop which is a dell latitude 7400 w Windows 10. Something keeps interrupting the install.. fails every time. It is deactivated on my other machine, i have tried everything on the past 3 pages of this forum including uninstalling office 365 nothing works. i even tried just buying a new version the 12.. no good either. is it just not compatible with windows 10. I used to love this program but maybe its behind the times? I have literally wasted this entire day trying to install this. I am concerned Nitro doesnt even have a phone number to speak with a human being. seems kind of odd.
