Manuel Campos 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2019 Hi, Nitro refuses to save files anywhere in my Windows 10 machine. It was working perfectly and in the middle of a very busy day, it gives the following message: The document G:\mydrive\oficina g\..... could not be saved. Please contact Nitro Support for Assistance. Error Code: 0x0000001 The software will not even let me save it even on drive C with the same error. Any ideas? Nitro support sends me to their paid services page... Please try the following: - Open the file in Nitro Pro - Click on Home tab > Extract > All Pages (Ex: choose the Pages radio button and type in 1-100) - This will create a duplicate document which you will be able to save Once you have the document saved, please uninstall the version of Pro that you have and reinstall the latest build of Nitro Pro 11: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Make sure your copy is activated: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/activate/000001639 I hope this helps!
