Laflauta 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2019 Hi - I am having a couple of problems I hope you can help me with. With my purchase of Nitro Pro I ordered and paid for VIP support. The support site doesn't think I have it and won't let me submit a ticket. How can I tell support that I have VIP access? I also imported a PDF containing text, and ran it through OCR. But I cannot edit the text - when I try to insert or delete words, the keys do nothing and nothing happens. How can I fix this? Thank you in advance for any assistance.
