Unable to open Nitro Pro due to the error 'An error has occurred. Please log in again'

Hello

I seem to be having the same problem. When I try and launch NitroPro, it says "An error has occured. Please log in again". A blank window then launches and freezes. I have to use the task manager to force the program to quit. I deleted NitroPro off of my computer and downloaded it again but the same problem. Had work that needed done last night and had to switch over to my old Foxit Reader to get it accomplished. Please reply.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-A screenshot of the error you are receiving
-When you uninstalled Nitro Pro, did you use our Clean-up Utility?
-Nitro Pro build (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) you are working with. You can find this out by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened?

I took a screen shot but don't know how to upload it to you.

I did not use your Clean-up Utility.

Build is 12.14.0.558

Worked fine 5 days ago
