Magnus Odl
Hello, I want to print some buidling plans on A3 size, on our network printer. (Brother MFC-J57200W) When printing nothing happens and it blocks up the printer que. So I checked and the file size in the printer que was over 1 GB. Tne PDF file is 288kB big. What is happening - and how can i prevent it from blowing up like this? I am able to print A3 size prints all the time with Adobe. Is there some setting where NITRO includes all embedded info as layers and creates this big file? Info: Version: 12.12.1.552 Print setting: Shrink to fit Zoom: 49% Document: 84,1 x 59,4 cm Paper: 29,7 x 42,0 cm Thanks for any input, Odlmag
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted June 26, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 26, 2019 Hello @odlmag, Thanks for reaching out to us! I have a couple of questions: What exact build of Nitro are you using? Can you please send us the file so we can have a look? Do you have other printers? Is it behaving the same way when printing on those? Cheers!
