Scanner Missing

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Could you please provide me with the following information so we can take a closer look at this for you:

1.    Try scanning to Paint on your computer - Is your scanner recognized there?
2.    Please provide me with your exact version of Nitro. You can find this by going to Help in Nitro > About Nitro Pro > Note down the number at the top of the screen which looks something like this "Nitro Pro 12.1.12.13"


If step Number 1 doesn't work, please ensure that your scanner is properly connected and your drivers are up to date, then try again.
