Witched 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2019 Hello, I purchased the upgrade from version 11 (paid) to 12, with Nitro VIP Access (Product Updates and Premium Support). I was able to activate Nitro 12, but I am not given the opportunity to log in to nitro cloud and I am not given VIP support. I tried to contact Nitro directly, but it was not an easy User Experience, not recognizing the vip access it refers me to the comunty and other contacts are not easily available. I state that this upgrade was proposed to me by Nitro through the same email as the previous license, so I think the upgrade is compatible with my previously purchased package. (Nitro 11 pro) I write in the comunity because I have no other way. Does anyone know if it is my pre-upgrade problem or if there is a problem or something wrong? I reviewed your account including the recent upgrade purchase and made an adjustment to (your Nitro account) it. You should now be able to submit a support case should you need a Nitro support assistance.
