Samantha 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2019 Same story, new computer and got rid of the old one. DEACTIVATED the license and NOW it still will not allow me to activate the Nitro Pro. Upon checking your Nitro Pro 11 serial number on our end, I can see it got deactivated for unknown reason. Could you please check if your machine just installed a major Windows Update? If yes, kindly note upon the upgrade of the operating system or installing a major Microsoft update, the Computer ID is changed, as it is comprised partially by the operating system. Once changed, this will no longer recognize the original installation causing the program to revert to trial mode. Also, could you please the program and check the exact build of the program? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. If it is not allowing you to activate, could you please provide the exact error message you are receiving? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Samantha 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2019 I'm not receiving any error message. I got a new computer and am trying to access it on the new computer and it will not give me an option to add it to my account online or through the Nitro application. When I click the "activate now" from the email I received when I first purchased Nitro, it pops open a new window with the URL as "https://www.gonitro.com/" which is not helpful at all. On your new machine, kindly use these offline installers to install your Nitro Pro 11: x64-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi x32-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000001874 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and entering your serial number.
