New and need some help

I have the Nitro Pro Suite.  Need help with size for Nitro Cloud and general security understanding.

Nitro need to know detail of the Protect Area.  Mainly in Document Properties > Security Tab > Existing Security Settings     

All say Allowed  and that is after I Password Protect my PDF and only Allow low resolution printing. But it does not block everything.

I am great when I watch and learn i.e. video.  Is there a complete video tutorial for Nitro Suite?  with videos I be an expert in no time.

I passed the deadline for my project because I could not find the answers.

Security is very important because I deal with Intellectual Properties and Confidential Data that is why I got Nitro Suite.
