Unable to install Nitro Pro 11 to new PC

Today I replaced my Surface Pro and attempted to install Nitro Pro 11, which I purchased in April 2018.  I am getting a failure message during the installation step.  Where can I download another version 11 to install, then use my license to activate?

If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, please refer to this link: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/32 or 64 bit/000001874
 
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro 11, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number.

I downloaded the installer, then when the installer got to the install part I received a message that the install had failed.  It's the same message that I received previously.  What can I do now?

May I know the exact error message? Is it "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been moidfied. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again. Click the Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard."? If yes, kindly refer to this article:

"Nitro Pro setup wizard has failed" is the message.

I took a screen shot of the message but it looks like I can't attach it to this message.
