rpherman 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2019 I just bought a new computer with Windows 10 and the installation fails at the start after confirming the installation directory. I tried changing installation directories, and running the install as administrator with no luck. Nitro 10 Pro works fine for me, so I do not want to upgrade. How can I get it to install on my computer. Is it compatible with Windows 10? I don't need/want to spend $79 on an upgrade I don't need; I am a casual user. Thank you. Kelvin V. 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2019 Hi @rpherman, Thanks for posting on our Community Forums! Nitro version 10 was created way ahead before Windows 10, thus compatibility issues may arise: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy Since you prefer to use Nitro Pro 10, what exact error message are you getting? Is it "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard ended prematurely"? If so, this thread might help: https://community.gonitro.com/topic/5280-kkho/ When you reach Step D on the MS Word document, go to this link to download the latest installer for Nitro Pro 10: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/retail/000001632 I hope this helps!
