CM12345 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2019 Hi, We currently have an open case with support but i just wondered if anyone else has had a similar problem. We are finding, when the line spacing on a document is smaller than the font size, we have issues when applying redactions. The redactions apply but they apply to a larger area than we want meaning it blanks out some of the text on the above/below line. We have been sent a work around of manually applying each redaction but with the nature of some of our documents there can often be hundereds of redactions that need to be applied so the work around is fairly time consuming. Whilst i already have a call open, i just wondered if anyone else has had a similar issue, and what you have done to try and work around it?
