unable to create account

I'm not able to create an account as discribed on this page (https://www.gonitro.com/user-guide/cloud/article/create-a-nitro-cloud-account)

I have installed and activated succesfully Nitro Pro 12, but i'm not able to see the 'sign up' button at the top right corner. How do I solve this problem?

  1. Click the Sign Up link menu in the top right hand corner of Nitro Pro
  2. In the Sign Up dialog, enter your name, email address and password.
  3. Click the Get Started for Free button
  4. Access your email account and confirm your address by clicking the link in the email from Nitro Cloud. If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder or click the Resend Confirmation Email button in the Nitro Pro dialog
  5. The confirmation link will load Nitro Cloud in your web browser.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

After logging into our Cloud Server, I can see you have an account using the same email address which why I have execute a password reset in behalf so please check your inbox for the reset-password link.

If you did not receive it, it may have gone to your Spam / Junk folder as sometimes our emails goes there.

Thanks.. Perhaps I wasn't  clear enough  I already reset my password and I can sing  to the cloud server but I can't log in from the software  in order to link my new software  with the preciusly existing cloud account

To order to further understand what you are experiencing, could you please provide a screenshot of the window where you are unable to login from you software?
