UNABLE TO RE-ACTIVATE NITRO PRO 11

I have been using Nitro Pro 11 on my desktop.  I was told I can also download it on my laptop except I cannot use the application concurrently.

While trying to activate Nitro Pro 11 on my laptop, I have accidentally deactivate the licence on my desktop instead.  How can I re-activate the licence on my desktop?

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums!

You can activate by opening Nitro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and enter your serial number.

On your laptop, download Nitro Pro 11 using the installers found here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/retail/000001632

Activate the copy of Nitro Pro 11 on your laptop using the same steps above.

Hi Kevin

When I click Help Tab > it show Volume Licensing. 

When I click Help Tab> About Nitro Pro> it shows deactivate.  But the application is already deactivated.  I cannot access it.

Do you have an email that I can show a screenshot of the error?
