KevA 0 Report post Posted July 11, 2019 I got a new laptop. I had Nitro Pro 11 on the old laptop and it looks like I can only download Nitro Pro 12 now. I tried using my serial number and it's saying -22 Error Wrong Licence Number. It says I'm trying to activate a serial number from an old version.
