Grenpara 1 Report post Posted July 12, 2019 Hello, I have a problem again with Nitro PRo and scanning. My printer is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 and it works great. The printer has a scanner and a copy feature. When I press copy option in printer I get a perfect copy of the document I need copied! But if I open Nitro PRo and I choose PDF from scanner it looks like crap! Fuzzy and very light! I have tried scanning on high quality black and white and other settings and the scan into nitro always looks like garbage! I changed DPI and even tried scanning it as a photo even thou it is a document. So how do I get Nitro PDF from scanner to make a good scan so it looks perfect? As I said above if I use printer copy feature it copies the document perfectly. Nitro PRo 12.9.1.474 on a Windows 10 pc. Thanks Gren Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Hello AllainU, Well Support is broken or something they have not responded to my ticket in well over 10 days. I have the VIP plan sop not sure what is going on.
