The activation portal on the website tells me : - Status: active - Number of Activations: 0 - Number of Activations Allowed: 2 Anybody from the Nitro Support Team can help? Regards. I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Claude Posted July 19, 2019 Report Share Posted July 19, 2019 I have this error -23 License will not be accepted although I deactivated the license, uninstalled the Nitro Pro 12, closed the Laptop... Restarted the Laptop, installed Nitro Pro 12 and yet my error is still the same and cannot get this darn thing to work. Bruce Graves Posted July 20, 2019 Report Share Posted July 20, 2019 It seems that this is a "known issue". I deactivated the license on my old machine and I can't activate it on my new machine... I get an "Error 23 - License number already used" message when I enter my license number in the activation form.
