KyleV
Hi I have a laptop with high DPI connected to a standard DPI 1080p 24inch external monitor. In windows 10, the projection setting is set to extend. On the external monitor, Nitro Pro 12 displays documents perfectly and clearly. However, on the high DPI laptop screen, the texts are fuzzy as if there is some sort of blurring effect around it. I refer to the following forum post: https://community.gonitro.com/topic/5591-all-pdf-files-fuzzy/?tab=comments#comment-14885 After trying out the solution suggested in the linked post (Nitro Pro > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > Override scaling performed by: Application), the PDF text displays clearly on the laptop screen. However, when I open a PDF on the external monitor, the Nitro Pro toolbars and icons now become huge and pixelated/low res. Changing Override scaling option to System or System (enhanced) simply reverts it back to the original fuzzy on laptop screen and good on monitor situation. It seems that I the 2 possible outcomes are: 1) Fuzzy text on laptop screen, normal looking icons / toolbars 2) Clear text on laptop and external monitor, enlarged and pixelated icons / toolbars on external monitor. Is there a way to combine the best of both worlds? That is, clear text and no toolbar scaling bug on both displays. Thank you!
