Gordon Allen 0 Report post Posted July 16, 2019 Hello, I work in an IT Desktop support capacity for Bank of New York Mellon. We have many end-users with Nitro Pro installed. Our desktops are running Windows 10 64-Bit. I've seen am seeing an issue where , when browsing to a PDF via Windows Explorer, we get an error "The specified path does not exist. Check the path, and then try again." Alternatively, if we open Nitro Pro and browse to the same file and try to open it, we get an error "Encountered an improper argument." When we try to drag and drop the file in to Nitro Pro, nothing happens. Has anyone seen this, and if so, do you know a solution? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
