zakkpatel 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2019 Hello, I am trying to install Nitro 11 on my computer, we recently received new PCs at our office and we have licenses for Nitro 11. When I am installing the program on our newer computers, I am getting the "setup Wizard ended prematurely" and then it just closes. I have tried turning off all my firewalls and virus protection, but it still did not work. Is there maybe a way to get my license changed to work for Nitro 12? Because Nitro 12 Trial installs just fine on our PCs, however, the license does not work. Any help? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11?
