Kindly note you are receiving the error message because our record shows you were able to upgrade from Nitro Pro 10 to Nitro Pro 12 already last 30th of October 2018. With regards to unable to use Nitro Pro 12 features, could you please confirm it is activated by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro? To confirm it is activated, you should see the serial number and the Deactivate button there. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. If you see both, then your program is activated and you should have access to all its features.
