Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. Posting on the forum for assistance. I am very interested in upgrading my current version of software. And yes, I verified entry of the number and checked my current software's serial number.
