Install on wife's computer failed with version match

I am a small company. I bought two licenses, one for myself and one for my wife, in January of this year. I wanted to get to know the application better, before installing on her computer. She relies on me to help her learn new apps. I'm just getting around to installing the application and the install said the version was wrong. I tried following the circular solution offered of deactivating her license. No licenses were active and nothing choosable to deactive. The license info shown there was that the version was 12. The current version on your web site seems to be twelve. Her machine is older running 32 bit windows 7. Can you tell me if and how I can install?

When you attempted activating the program on her machine, did you receive the error message '-22 Error Wrong License Number'?

If yes, what build of Nitro Pro was installed on her machine? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
