courtreporter 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2019 When I create/scan a new document and open the create PDF from scanner option, I have 7 old printers/scanners listed under the scanner. I've deleted the devices in Win 10, but they continue so show up in Nitro. How can I delete/remove the old printers/scanners? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I opened my Nitro Pro 11 and I am not seeing old scanner after going to Home tab > PDF > From Scanner. In line with this, I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. Dorian Jackson 0 Report post Posted September 18, 2020 I tried the suggestion from Allain U, but it did not work for me. The old scanners still show up in Nitro even though they were removed from the CPU and do not show up as a printer or scanner on the CPU. Please advise. Thank you.
